Kilewah Electro-Hard and Electronics Ltd. was established in 1993. The company was incorporated in Nairobi, Kenya and the company’s main offices are located in Kihoto House along Cross Lane in Nairobi City.
The company was set up in response to the challenge of filling the gap in the demand for the supply of electrical, electronics and hardware items in the country. As a result, we have curved a market niche as a major supplier and service provider in our field of expertise.
COMPANY GOALS
Our operations have rapidly expanded from supplying and servicing for domestic clients, and have grown to include corporate clients as well as being a Government of Kenya supplier. The various challenges that have confronted us along the way have acted as an incentive for us to aim even higher and hope to accomplish more. In the near future, we intend to increase our business footprint to include the East Africa Community countries (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda), and others in Africa such as Southern Sudan.
Our ‘best quality’ policy acts as a guide whenever we source for electrical, electronic and hardware materials for supply to our clients and customers. As a result, we insist on importing materials from manufacturers of International repute with time proven quality standards. Our various products carry the relevant marks of quality (KEBS, ISO) and standard warranties against any defects.
We constantly maintain good relations with our clients; may it be in sales or service. Our carefully trained staff is always at hand to assist any client by providing them with general and technical information about any products they might be interested in. We also respond in record time when called upon for any emergency repairs, and are prompt and thorough on routine maintenance tasks.
